Hot tip. Brush...floss...brush. If you don't brush the second time all the crap you pulled out of your teeth sits on the surface of your teeth and doesn't smell pretty. Brush...floss...brush.

So why brush the first time at all? You can maximize your efficiency by just doing floss...brush.

If you don't brush first when you floss you will be pulling so much garbage out from between your teeth you won't even be able to see if you are doing a decent job of flossing.

You should floss first. I know it creates more of a mess, but you want to get the fluoride in the places the food particles were prior to flossing. I guess brushing/flossing/brushing would also work, but that is alot of brushing at one time. Do you want receding gumlines when your 50?

As a side topic: can anyone post a pic with the nastiest teeth?
It doesn't have to be yours......
