Hi
Can't find an answer to this anywhere.
I'm here on Tourist visas with travel insurance from the UK. Am getting married to a Korean lady next year, and wish to live here on an F 2-1 afterwards.
As I'm over 60 health insurance is important to me. Will I get automatic coverage from the Korean health system once I've got my F 2-1? Or will I have to continue on overseas policies?
Many thanks! |

Your wife can put you on her insurance as a dependent (if she is working).
You can subscribe to the plan yourself if you are not employed.

| What Tom said. I know because my wife just got my card today. It took her all of 20 minutes. I think I have to pay around 40,000/month. Peanuts. |

Is that 40,000 won more or total? |
