Has anyone on here done much tinkering with YouTube?

I need to make a one-page website that displays an automatically updating playlist. I know this is easy enough to do if I am physically adding videos to my playlist every day, but I figure an easy way to do it would be to have it load videos from a basic key word search so that it's loaded fresh all the time.

Anyone know how to actually do it?

Thanks in advance
