http://www.google.co.kr/search?q=%22I+worked+for+CDI+in+their+WM+department+&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a

As an employee of CDI, it'd be nice to know about the legalities of things like this, and whether it's true...

Why was this posting deleted? Is it because it said something negative about CDI?

We can still access it if you click on the "Cached" version in Google, but that only goes to the first page, and not the remaining two, which have all been deleted...

I'm curious if the Mods have certain guidelines they follow in cases like these, and what those guidelines say specifically about certain companies.

It's not the first time they've deleted something that appears to be a detriment to their profit margin (ie, cdi pays them to put ads up here regularly i think, right?)

I'm curious as to why this is still a public forum.
If you go to the Chinese Off-topic forum, you need to be a member to see it, evidently Dave's was mentioned on a news report there and the gov't threatened to block it if posters kept on posting stuff negative about China. But at the same time, posters on Dave's wanted to have a place to vent and rant also. The compromise was to have the site only available to people who are members.
Why can't Dave do the same for the Korean-related General Topic forum?
It would save alot of aggravation for Dave himself......
