| i have an old prepaid phone - Samsung Anycall June model. I have the menus set to English yet if someone sends me what I believe is shotmail or a pic or something other than a regualr text message I get screens in Korean and some popup asking "yes or no" in korean to something I presume to mean download. everytime i select 'yes', nothing happens. the other thing is i cant even access this strange korean menu where these messages are stored... will get a k co-worker to help tomorrow but in the meantime if anyone could offer assistance! |

It's probably color mail.
Go to Messages - Inbox - Color Mail Box
It should go straight to your Color mail inbox and let you view all of your messages. |
