I am so disgusted I can barely type. Well, to be honest, I can barely type anyway, what with my sub-standard education and 5-a-day soju habit.

When will this Korean madness end? Carrots grown in the ground?! Don't these uncivilised people have hydroponics, or even scrubbing brushes and water?!! I am running out of exclamation marks, best go now...

By the way, what's an Emart?

What does 5 bottles of soju do to your health? I would be afraid to find out.

I always see dirty carrots and then clean carrots for sale everywhere carrots are sold. Dirty carrots are cheaper than clean carrots.

Are you serious? Dirt on carrots aren't enough to send me home but if I also see dirt on potatoes, I'm out!

Dirty potatoes?!!! WTF dude?!! It's definitely time to get out. I should cash in all my stock options and gold bars and get myself a SWEET piece of beach somewhere hot and steamy. But with this Won/Dollar *beep* going down, I dunno.

If only I could clear up this crotch rash and get a Korean girlfriend to wash vegetables for me, then it'd be okay. Other than that, I love earning 5 million Won per month for working 5 hours a week and living in a, like, HUGE and totally AWESOME apartment in Seoul...

Years ago, I worked at Wal-Mart. Some customer in the Lawn & Garden Dept wanted a discount on a plastic flower pot because the inside had a little dirt in it. She might as well tried getting a discount on a fish aquarium that had a few drops of water in it, too.

Nah, it was pretty funny. As one of the whiners on here you wouldn't like it, of course.

Mhhhh

I actually like the dirt on my carrots ......

I come from farmers and it would be perfectly normal to have some dirt on the vegetables, what is important is of course to clean them before consumption. There is nothing uncivilized about dirty carrots? Have you seen how they treat lettuce here, they sprinkle them with water! They treat thei lettuce better then their own children!

lol

get over it OP.

I thought the dirt kept the carrots lasting longer than without?

No, that's kimchi you're thinking of.
