Hello all,
I've just been told my my advisor at BridgeLinguatec that they now have some new policy that they have to interview teacher candidates before the schools in korea get in touch with them to gauge whether or not they are experienced enough to teach.

Any thoughts on this? How can they gauge whether or not you are capable of teaching by an interview? (I have no experience, just finished my tefl online).

Any thoughts on what sorts of questions they will be asking??

Thanks for the feedback.
