Do they?  I noticed my USIM card says Tmoney on it.. Would I be able to tap my phone on the tmoney scanners on trains/buses? That way I wouldn't have to keep recharging my upass card? >_>;.. |

I believe you have to have it "activated" to be used as a transportation card (aka T-Money).
Once it has, the money will be taken out of your usual cell phone bill. |
