| I just got a computer and that means no more PC bang. WHat is the best and easiest internet proider that goes to Geyonggi - do. I know there is probobly already a thread but it is a pain to look for. |

The easiest is usually KT (dial 100 from any phone).
There are a multitude of others to choose from in all price ranges and speeds.
