Okay, so both Cebu Pacific and Zest Airways' websites are being pieces of poo, have been for days/weeks and we can't book some cheap flights between Boracay and Manila. Southeast Air's website also doesn't work but those flights are twice as much. And Air Phil and Phil Air are all like $250 for a roundtrip each.

We called Cebu... no answer.

We called Zest. They said "Just keep trying the website."

We really don't want to pay more than $100 roundtrip for a flight. Should we just book when we get there? Is there is a 3rd party we can go through? Has anyone else had success with either CP's or ZA's websites?

We'd like to book soon because our flight onward to Thailand will depend on when we are back in Manila.

Try SEAIR. I was able to book online with them.

I paid significantly more than $100 but I am flying on Dec 25. It was one of the last flights around for Dec 25.

Have you tried a travel agency? If you are in korea you can use the philippino travel agency in Hyewa in seoul. The are open on Sundays. Their rates are pretty good. Really depends on when you are travelling. Dont wait until you get here to book a flight..they might be sold out.

I was going to fly Zest during lunar new year break but the prices have shot up of late. I was looking at $250-300 roundtrip. Absurdly expensive! Suffice to say that I will be heading to other pastures.
