This is a great apartment right in the middle of Hongdae and 2 mins from Sangsu Stn and only 5 mins from Hongdae and Hapjeong Stns.

Right now I have a living room, lounge room and bedroom plus kitchen and bathroom which makes it ideal for a couple but you could just as easily convert the lounge room into a second bedroom.

This apartment has big windows which get the sun from morning to night.

It's right in the middle of Hongdae but you can't hear anything from the street.

Has a giant storage area that could also be converted into a work space or studio.

Has been well maintained and everything works and also feels clean and fairly new.

I have collected lots of furniture over the last year and a bit so you wouldn't need to furnish it although because I have paid for this myself I am looking for someone who wants to take over the lease to buy the furniture as well.
