| It wouldn't surprise me if this were true. I group in a small "red-neck" community in Canada and sadly I knew people like these guys so it "could" be true, now whether or not it is depends. |

I know a lot of 'necks like that in Tennessee too, but I couldn't decide whether or not the video was real. |
