Really lovely, sunny, cozy little pad in HBC. Up the steep hill half way from Kobawoo. I am pretty chill. You = not a freak. Not interested in party animals or total recluses. Just a nice normal person.
Room is decent sized with a big window and partially furnished w/ dresser, wardrobe, desk, maybe bed.
