I will be here less than 90 days
Is it neccessary that I get an ARC card? The immigration website says that foreigners wishing to stay more than 90 days need a card....

As long as you leave the country before you hit the 90 days from your entry you are fine.
If you go to 91 days you are in trouble and will pay for it.
