Hi all,
Anyone have any recommendations for sailing in the P.I.? I'm interested in Hobie 16's or 21's, or Catalinas (or similar).

I'll help you get started....
First, when you start a post by saying, "Hi all, I'm a world traveler" you sound like kind of an ass!!!
Second, Taal lake is on the main island, Luzon, not in Puerto Galera
If you want to go to Puerto Galera, you'll have to head over to the port in Batangas and catch a ferry.
