My toilet habits are becoming more and more disturbing, is it the K diet? I now sit down for less time but in greater frequency. My deposits used to be Herschey bar-like but have become a light stringy noodle fudge.
Im sitting down so often now that i even found myself finishing off my cornflakes on the toilet.
Anyone else have similair troubles? |

I thought it was pretty funny.
Some times my poop is flakey but still solid, other times it's a mixture of flakey and watery. It's most likely all that Bibimbap I eat. The rice solidifies but the vegetables break it up or liquify it.
K-food does change the aesthetic of your poop.

I wasn't in Korea for too long before my father, who was stationed here many years ago, asked me if Korean food gave me the "runs". I told him, like father like son.
My friend and I often say "I gotta go make a bibimbap" when we need to use the toilet. It seems our butt-holes turn into some kind of salad shooter from all the spices in the food.
On any given night if I drink just a half a bottle of soju, I can guarantee myself at least 3 trips to the toilet within the first hour of waking up. The results are a bit nastier than the normal salad shooter effect. I learned the hard way that when a soju induced shit is coming out, it gives very little warning and comes out with or without my consent. I happen to know a very funny story about a guy who shit his pants in Siheung City one Sunday morning on his way home after a long night of spicey food eating and soju drinking. |
