my boss wanted my passport for something so after work drove round to mine and i gave it to him.

my flat was a tip after a hard weekends partying. he didnt say anything but should i be concerned?

You were very foolish for letting your boss take your passport anywhere.

Nevermind the apartment mess.

Apartment is not important. Get your passport back immediately. If he hesitates even for a moment, call your embassy. They WILL sort it out as your passport is their property, not yours.

Get your passport back ASAP.

And don't worry about your apt. He now just assumes that (insert your nationality) are slobs.

If you don't want advice, don't post asking for it. THe state of your apartment was irrelevant. The disposition of yoru passport was paramount.

I was not asking for advice about the passport. He asks for something, i say i want it back straight away and he returns it then, if he doesnt then its my call.

'The state of your appartment is irrelevant' is an answer to my question. If you dont want to give advice to the question then don't give it bub.
