I'm being a big stress head at the mo and would LOVE some advice from anyone with prior experience. I want to quit my job and change schools (as i mentioned in another post) but I'm really confused as to 'how' I do this.
Firstly, I believe my boss has my documents, but I'm not sure and don;t want to ask him as it will arouse suspicion. How do I find out?
Should I find a new job first, then tell him I'm leaving and presume he'll hand over the documents?? and won;t the new school or hogwan contact him?? i know he's going to screw me out of money, but because i've been here for 5 months this month (6 in Jan when i'm hoping to leave) does that mean i have to leave korea on an exit order and wait for a new visa or can i directly transfer to the new school? As i won't be able to afford to leave and return....
the whole process is mind boggling to me, i have no foreign friends here to talk to or help me so i;m really confused. ideally, i'd like to get a new job sorted secretly and simply disapear from the school quietly without giving notice, it's bad enough without having to work a month when he knows i'm leaving :-S but i'm presuming that is impossible.
please help me!!! |
