I got my background check pulled and it had on there a speeding ticket and driving with an expired license. The cases are still pending. Will I be denied a visa since the background check didn't come back clean? |

It depends on the individual officer and the consulate worker who approves your visa, but usually they only deny people for sex, drug and violence crimes. |

I would think since the cases are still pending, that might cause you to be denied as well.
Looks like you're trying to flee prosecution.
But yeah, it all depends on the individual officer it seems. |

So should I include a notarized letter from my lawyer about when the court date is scheduled (which is before employment date) and that I don't even have to be present? |

You could get a check from another state, if your from the states. Colorado will mail you one for a few dollars. You'll have to mail it back to Colorado to get it apostilled though.
