I am drying up like a...like a...like something that's getting really dry. I better go get a humidifier.
Anybody seen one at Costco? I am thinking of going to get one today. Either that or Home Plus, but the one's I have seen at Home Plus seem like a ripoff. Same with Hi-ya Mart-u. |

I have noticed humidifiers at Costco. Not sure about price. |

I've never looked at Costco, but we picked up a nice one last week. I highly recommend getting one with a timer on it and setting it only for 2 or 3 hours a night. |

They carry Venta. They are very expensive, but very awesome. |

Do you happen to know approximately how much? I know Venta makes a combo purifier/humidifier. I was thinking maybe if I was not breathing this dirty air I might live a long time, so maybe its worth it. I mean, if I live longer, that is.

My wife bought it a while ago so I am not really sure, but expensive. I think between 300 000 and 500 000. It depends on the size too. It was worth every penny to buy it and I highly recomend it. |

We've turned our humidfier off because it was covering the apartment in a fine white dust.
Something to do with using mineralised water from the tap. The only way to avoid that is to use distilled water. |

Buy a venta...it doesn't shoot vapor like other humidifiers. It uses a pretty cool little system. |

Anything in the 100,000-150,000 range? I need one too, but don't want to spend that much money. I want one where you can set the humidity level and it will go on only when the humidity drops below the level you set it at.
BTW, I will be using purified/distilled water. At least, I think it's purified. It comes from one of those water purifier system thingys. |

If you are using distilled water then you can use a regular cheap one from Hi-Mart or any supermarket. 50-60,000. They will do the job. You shouldn't get the white dust if you're using distilled water. |

On these things, Hi-Mart's prices don't differ too much from Costco or anywhere else. Just pop into a Hi-Mart and get one. We've been looking too.
A good cheapie is one of the frog-shaped ones you can get from corner shops and such. Like 20,000 won or so. For one with a display that automatically controls the humidity, there are several models around 110,000 and up. |
