You're talking about the one in Pocheon, right? I've heard it's a pretty good place, bit crowded during the peak season, but then again so is everywhere else. They have the rates on their website: 20K/a day, or 15k/morning or afternoon or night, or 20K/afternoon and night. Boots are 20k a day.

I assume you'd have to pay separately for ski AND board.

If you have a Korean co-teacher or girlfriend who'll help you, ask htem if they can't help you get discounts on the lift passes

A friend (crazy about skiing, goes to an average of 3-5 slopes a winter) was singing praise about the place. Perfect humidity and all that.

I'm not much of a winter sports person, but the friend is. You don't know me and you certainly don't know her. You make the judgement Smile

I went a few years ago and it was probably the most enjoyable ski hill I've visited in Korea (don't get out of Gyunggi much). But then a year later, one of the chairlifts spontaneously fell off the line, injuring the four people riding it.
