Hi,

I am applying to SMOE very soon, does anyone know about the reference letter. Does it have to be in Korean or can it be in English? Do you actually need two?

Yes, they must be in Korean. You must convince you old bosses and professors in your home country to learn Korean or hire a Korean translator.

Oh, ok. Sorry, I was being sarcastic. I'm guessing that since the SMOE office workers are bilingual, a letter in English or Korean would be ok. But this matter, and the issue with number of letters, is better answered by your recruiter or SMOE officials.
