I want to be able to write in hanguel on my American PC. I bought a keyboard, and when i plug it in via usb it the Roman Alplabet works, but i cannot toggle to the Korean font. can someone direct me as to what software i can download so that i will be able to toggle between the two?

OR, if i buy the keyboard stickers with the hanguel charactres, how can i reprogram my keyboard to toggle between the two?

Thank you.

You need to go to the languages options in your control panel and add Korean as an input language.

Also, why bother using your American keyboard? Just buy a 10,000 won keyboard here in Korea which has Roman and Hangeul characters on each key.
