Hopefully they are replacing the website and entire police force with people and officers concerned with fighting crime instead of sitting around and doing jackshit.
I'm sure some people can chime in with stories about the Seoul police force. If you go to an office, expect nothing. You are better off tracking down thieves and fighting crime yourself. |
