Hi,
I've got another question about the SMOE application. When they ask "have you ever been convicted of a crime" and that includes traffic violations should I say yes if I have a minor speeding violation or missing a red light? |

Unless it is on the criminal record check/background check you are submitting, the answer is NO. NO NO NO.
Now if it is on your CBC, then you should be honest as they will see it later. |

| Where do i find the SMOE application? A recruiter gave me some information and the email listed on the word document didn't even work! Then they've been lagging on their response. Is there a direct place I can reply without using a recruiter? |

| If you don't think you've applied, why don't you try another recruiter? SMOE asks that you only use one recruiter, but it sounds like you couldn't even get your resume through to them...try someone else? |
