Hey all,

A co-worker of mine is stranded in the sticks, and wants to change his apartment (located in Seoul, Gangbuk-gu). Thing of it is, our hagwon is presumably lazy on these things, and for all intents and purposes won't offer a hand when it comes to the hassle of finding a new apartment and dealing with a lease, etc. So it looks like he's on his own.

So we're wondering what can be done--are there any resources for non-Korean speakers when it comes to changing apartments? Any words of advice would be much appreciated.
