Not skiing or snowboarding... Within 2 hours of Seoul would be best...

Some of the ski resorts are pretty cool places, even if you don't hit the slopes. I know Muju is nice. There's a public bath there if you dig those, along with several nice restaurants and a great Austrian inn.
