This is a warning for those of you that are considering working for this unigwon at the Kongju National University in Gongju. They are frequently late with payments, especially overtime, and it is shoddily run. But the biggest problem concerns one person--Earl Noble.

Earl can be best summed up by saying that he is the used carsalesman of ESL. What is he like?
Some quotes from many teachers and students:
" Earl tries to either dominate you, or , if he can't do that, he argues with you."
"He is totally abrasive, and I've never met anyone who likes him."
"He is toxic."

Earl ,whose job is to manage the teachers who work at the unigwon, is the personal pitbull of the Korean professor in charge of LEI . He is incredibly loud, rude, argumentative, and in-your-face. Typically, you can hear him long before you see him. He is an American of Philipino descent, a chain smoker, grossly overweight, and with large knot on the back of his shaved head(probably due to being dropped as a child by his mother).

May God help you if you ever have to work for him.

man that job has changed then, for a unigwon it wasnt a bad job, we were one of the first teachers there back in 96, you got 10 weeks vacation and could make ot. i know a lot of teachers who used it as a stepping stone, it was better than many hogwons in fact it was better than some univ positions

the director khang was an idiot but they honestly didnt know what to do at the time

Except for the Filipino part, the description reminds me of Paul Heyman from ECW. Loud, abrasive, ponytailed and balding Laughing
