I've always been against it - I think it's an individual's right to choose their own beliefs (and they can choose when they 'come of age'), but my wife is eying this x-mas for our baby girl (1 1/2).
Any thoughts and experiences with this? |

I'll share my thoughts: I think you should just go along with this if it is important to wifey. If your child wants to make an informed choice about what religion to have later in life, take comfort with the fact that the child is not permanently marked (at least in the empirical sense) or necessarily stuck in any way. |
