I am looking for a textbook of sorts that deals with creative writing. The students who will be using it are in middle school, but their English capabilites are very high. They are interested in creative writing books, something that they can use to express themselves, but I am having a difficult time finding anything useful.

Also, does anyone have suggestions for texts that will aid students in "speaking" rather than reading or writing?
