A question for all the EPIK renewers out there.
Who has to submit a medical check to their POE? Gyengsangnamdo is requesting one because of 'drug problems with foreign teachers'. |

| Maybe I'm just being overly gripey, but why do we have to do this? I don't think it's in the contract (going to check that later) and they want a more rigorous test than the VISA process. Shouldn't this be the POE's responsibility? |

I'm on F2 with a visa that lasts for three years. I needed the tests. Don't need them this year though because I'm out of here. EPIK is offensive. Stricter requirements than immigration. |

Hmmm. Interesting. I think I will get my contract sorted or find a new job. Quite frankly the condescending mistrust is getting right on my nerves. If they want an extra test over and above, they can pay for it themselves. |

| I'm renewing in Gyoungbuk with EPIK and I have to get a drug and HIV test for it. I'm not concerned about it. |
