Does anyone have any idea about how to research residential building codes in Seoul as they relate specifically to health and air quality in converted apartments?

I've already contacted the Korea Law Blog and Seoul Global Center and am waiting to hear back. I'm just exploring every possible avenue for information because I discovered a severe mold/humidity problem in an apartment I was set to move in to and due to allergies I just can not move in and would very much like to recover the sizeable deposit we put down on the place (thankfully not the full 10 mil).
