|
|
Hey everyone,
I'm just wondering if you know if they have psyllium capsules in Korea, and if so, what would they be labelled, and where could I buy some. (Otherwise, I'll be asking my parents to mail me some more for my upcoming birthday). |

If you don't mind buying online, I did some searches
yakkook.com, search for '섬유' - 8th result. 300G for 30,000 won. I'm not sure what the prices are where you're from so it's up to you.
there's also iherbs.com (http://www.iherb.com/ko/ProductsList.aspx?c=1&cid=1925) there's a $8-12 delivery fee as well. |

yeoja, would you please explain how that iherb site works?
Is it all shipped from the U.S.? Do you have to pay duty? Are any of the things listed not allowed to be imported to Korea?
I asked because I ordered one bottle of DHEA from another Korean site recommended on Dave's that had to be shipped in. It never arrived. No word from Customs, nothing.
Is this iherb site reliable and honest?
As to psyllium, try this:
http://global.gmarket.co.kr/challenge/neo_goods/goods.asp?goodscode=120057505&pos_shop_cd=SH&pos_class_cd=111111111&pos_class_kind=T&keyword_order=golden+fiber
This is whole psyllium husks, not powder. It is from an American company. Pure psyllium.
This is a fair price - you can order two or more and get free shipping.
Metamucil or Wal-Mart generic is cheaper, but it is the same as Konsyl, which is pure. Looks like it might be made by the same company.
http://www.konsyl.com/original.html
Just do a search for "golden fiber" - there are lots of places selling it online now, so I guess some Koreans are finally catching on.
There is also golden fiber as powder, and one called "green fiber" that is identical to the golden fiber, from the same company.
Here's the way I take it: I put a heaping teaspoonful in a small paper cup with water, drink, refill, drink. The stuff gets stuck on the sides, so this saves cleanup. Drink 8 ounces of water or more with each dose.
Now if only I could find some oat bran.
Again, HAS ANYONE FOUND OR ORDERED DHEA IN KOREA?
Thanks for the help! |
