For those of you who didn't visit home after a contract resigning (like me, you're into breaking your mother's heart & etc.) how much were you "reimbursed" for your airfare?

I ask because for mine, they're using hypothetical numbers from Korea Airlines (expensive), but on a flight that does not go to the small airport near my hometown, but instead stops at the larger airport 400 km away from my hometown (cheap), because that's as far as a ticket purchased on Korea Air's website will go. Beyond that, it'd have to be a 2nd ticket.

I don't know if it's appropriate to ask them to include that 2nd ticket or not, especially since they're already going with an expensive carrier.
