I'm trying to upgrade my account, but I can't seem to find out where I can get a copy of this game (for the American client). I tried to go on their site to download the game itself (by buying it through there, but my credit card doesn't want to approve it...it thinks that anything that happens in the US is someone trying to steal my credit card...only accepts stuff from Korea now).

So I need to find the game here and then register the key. Anyone have any advice on this?

I had the same problem as you with the credit card.

I have a vonage phone line that lets me make all calls to the US as if I were still there, so all it took was a simple phone call to blizzard account support and they upgraded it in like 2 minutes.
