I leave for my winter vacation in a couple weeks and want to buy a new bikini before I go, does anyone know of some shops that sell them in seoul?
Also do they allow you to try them on?

Try Gmarket. Shipping is fast. I don't think you'll be able to find bikinis in this cold weather, especially not in Korea. I brought mine over from the states and am glad I did.

I just bought a bikini last Saturday from Accessorise in Apkujeong - they have a few stores around Seoul. I'd also try Dongdaemun - I remember them having them all year round. I'd also second gmarket.

Theres are swimsuits at Samsung Plaza in Bundang. Most of them are fairly modest, but there are some bikinis.

They also have LOADS of riduculous cover ups, so if they don't have the right suit, you will at least have some fun.

I'm going with the one piece in basic black this year, but if I get to Bali and see something that I like, I'll get a bikini while I'm there.

I ordered mine from Victoria's Secret. They shipped to Korea in about a week (unless it is backordered, but they tell you that when you place the order). There was no way I was going to find a bikini in Seoul that fit me, and if you have a larger cup size, then you might not have much luck with Korean made bikinis.

Where are you taking your vacation? You might want to wait until you get to your destination.

Bikinis in Korea are awful.

I found larger cup sizes on Gmarket to the tune of E cup. Gmarket has everything. Check it out...

Oh, and goldmember, if you're not a woman and have never worn or shopped for a bikini for yourself, it would be appreciated if you refrained from commenting.

You're absolutely right. If you have breasts that fit in Korean sizes, and a booty that matches that, you will have tons of luck in Korean department stores. I wish it was that easy for me when I was there. But, alas, my double D cups got laughed out of department stores while bra shopping and bathing suit shopping, so I ordered from Victoria's secret. The op didn't list her size, so having every option listed is a good thing. If she fits in the sizes available here, then by all means a local department store is the best and easiest option.

I wish men on here would stop thinking they are experts on everything including women's issues. Hey Goldmember, what do you recommend to prevent monthly menstrual cramps? Please educate us.

Don't agree with goldmember sticking his nose in but for the cramps buscopan is available over the counter. I have introduced it to a couple of girls and it works a treat. Laughing

To the op, might sound stupid but have you tried the little understores that are massed around main streets. My girlfriend gets c cup bikini from shops like that. If you are near anyang then I have seen larger size ones in the underground clothing mall under anyang il bon ga
