I'm looking for a decent used USB microphone (I think the condenser-style would be best rather than a dynamic), nothing too pricey, just something I can record songs (nothing serious) with and other stuff.

Have you tried the Nakwon Arcade near Insadong? It has lots of what you're looking for. Jongno-3-ga station, exit 5, walk straight to the BIG grey building, 2nd floor, tons of gear everywhere.
