I just got a cell phone Friday. Paid 350k won for it. Pretty nice phone, activation fee also paid to the company. But my bank account was opened with my Passport. The folks at the bank and the cell phone place believe that I need to set up another bank account with my ARC . I've already signed a contract that finishes when my work contract is up. Anyone have any ideas on this?
Thanks,
Wesley

What? Open a bank account with your ARC. Not hard. Your contract has nothing to do with it.
