I'm sure there is, but Korea is really terrible when it comes to putting out information on events, places to go, things to do, what's for sale, hours of operation, maps, directions, and all those sorts of details. There is one of the two O'briens locations which are foreigner bars.

How do you get in on the buffet? Just show up at the grand hotel?

It's catered by Grand Hotel but it's being held at U2 Bar, opposite the Novotel Ambassador.

Its in Haeundae, near the beach. If you tell the cabbie 'Novotel' and he doesnt get you, tell him "paradise Hotel' as they are right across the street from one another. U2 is across the street from the Novotel front entrance. And yes, the buffet is being catered by the Grand Hotel but will be at U2. My gf works there.

Check out rock n' roll bar in soemyon. They are very foreigner friendly and often have holiday events. I have no idea if they are doing anything for christmas though.
