I currently have a C4 visa. It is good for sixty days, but the English camp I am doing is only from December 18th or so to January 25th. My sponsor says it will look bad for them to cancel my visa. But my problem is I am beginning a year long E2 contract in March, and in order to get it in time, I need to apply for it immediately after I finish my English camp.
Does anyone know if I can apply for an E2 while still holding a C4 visa? Or how I could go about transferring it? |
