Normally Korean consulates are closed for Japanese and Korean holidays, but it's a little different for the next few weeks.

Open M-F with these exceptions:

Closed Tuesday Dec 23 - Emperor's Birthday
OPEN Thursday Dec 25 - Christmas
Closed Weds Dec 31 - Sun Jan 4 New Years

The one in Osaka said they would only be open until 12noon on the 30th also. Be sure to call before you go!!!
