Whatever bank or service you use to remit money is the best site. I use Woori Bank so I check their rates every day. Other than that, I think http://www.xe.com/ is quite good.

From 9 till 3 this website has the won in real time. I'm guessing those are the hours of the korean stock exchange.

When the won's having a good day, it can be mildly entertaining to watch it improve. On a bad day it's seriously depressing. No graphs other than the current day.
