I downloaded Football Manager and it has the following in a Notepad:
burn or mount iso file using appropriate software (daemon tools/alcohol120 etc) and install game
copy and paste no cd crack file "fm.exe" and place in program files/sports interactive/football manager 2008. replacing existing file
Does this mean burn the file onto a CD and install it from there?
Can i use my usual CD burning software or should i use one of the two mentioned?

I downloaded Daemon lite and used it to install the game but now i'm getting a message saying the wrong disc is inserted.
This is just a saga now. |

Done that? Hope it works...it's a cracking game, though these days I'm more glued to Fifa 09 on the Xbox. |

youre pretty much finished.
mount the cd again, explore the cd and look at the folders. One should be called Crack or something like that, in that folder will be fm.exe, copy this file from the cd to to specified location, probably C:\Program Files\Sports interactive\Football Manager, and replace the existing file.
all too easy.... |

| or just right click on the icon on your desktop, select find target, then paste into there..... |
