So, my dumbass dropped my laptop and although it works perfectly, the screen is total WHACKED!

Everything works fine when hooked up to an external monitor. I took it to the Sony dealership in Yongsan and it would cost 900,000 to get new monitor attached, so I'm scrapping it and selling it here. It's got a ton of music, movies and programs

2GB of RAM, 250 GB of memory, Dual Pentium Processor. Leaving next week, need to move it 300,000 won...

Wow, they want that much to fix the monitor?

That's pretty horrible.

What is the model number?

Why don't you be a d*ck about it? If you don't want it, don't buy it. The price is a just an offer, if someone wants to offer less, let them. Since you're not interested in a computer for parts, F*** Off!

I offer 500w. Excuse me, I didn't realize u were selling it for parts since ur advertising it for use w/ an external monitor. Also, I forgot u said OBO, probably because u didn't, buy that's my fault.

Mods, why don't you consider banning this troll? He is always on here denigrating what other people are selling. It is getting ridiculous.

Spliff was much better than Jeff's Cig. He would at least post links from Danahwa around most the time when he though something was too expensive.
I agree that 300,000 is far too expensive for a laptop with a broken monitor. It is a bit better than a computer one would sell for parts on ebay for a few dollars. I would consider paying as much 40,000 won for a laptop with a broken monitor such as this. Maybe someone would be willing to pay more.

I think you should add that you could try selling it to a laptop repair person at Technomart or Yongsan for parts. If you want help with that I know one guy I trust a lot at Technomart. I had him upgrade an HP laptop I bought here with a faulty HDD. He gave a price that and proved that it was worth that by showing me the papers were he has the MSRP and wholesale costs written down. That was far better than other repair places where they were trying to sell me upgrades that I know my bios couldn't support.
