I have a 40,000 won voucher that I need to use today but don't fancy a sit-down meal. Do they just have a normal take-away service? I know they seal it all up in proper containers and let you take any left-overs home, so I'm hoping this means they have take-away.

no.
I meant I had eaten in the restaurant and had taken home a load of leftovers for the next day. I imagine most restaurants to this, at least they did back home.
I want to know if I can just go to the door and order take-away.

Grab the menu, walk to the counter where you pay, order your food, and stick your thumb toward the door.

No need to act like that. They speak English there (at least in the Itaewon one) and I can confirm that yes, they do takeout. They even have a "take-out menu" flyer.

We're not all like you, fortunately.
