Hello--
I'm looking for a hat-maker in Seoul, preferably downtown or in/near Itaewon. I would prefer someone who makes custom hats, but the location of a OTC hat store would also interest me.

| I know I've seen millions of hats around. Probably the first place to start would be Dongdaemoon. |
