Hello,

For those of you who have rented your own officetel, did you have any problem getting the key money/deposit back? (by deposit i'm referring to the 5 or 10 million that you pay up first)

I'm just wondering if Korean realtors are trustworthy. I've only ever worked in hogwons so i've a fairly negative experience of Korean trustworthiness...i'm sorry to say.

What if you can't get your deposit back? I'd be in a weak position (don't understand the language or law) if that happened. Was your contract written in English or Korean? Do officetels tend to be furnished or unfurnished?

Could you give me a link to the good real estate agents websites?
