I've heard there's someplace in Suwon that has some salsa dancing. Anybody know where that is?

Thanks,
Art

I went to a fun place called Turn last year. It's near Paldalmun.

Were they playing any latin(salsa, merengue, cha-cha, bachata) music there? And can you give me more details on where Paldamun is? the only place I'm familiar with so far is Suwon Station and eMart. And what kind of crowd was at the place where you went. If we could put together a core group of people who wanted to do and/or learn salsa, bachata and cha-cha would you be interested?

Regards,
Art

If you live in Suwon and you don't know Paldalmun, you must have arrived recently. You can do yourself a huge favor by going to the Tourist Info building at Suwon Station, across from the bus thinger, and getting a city map in English. Once you know where Yeongtong, Ingyedong and Paldalmun are, you'll find life much more rewarding here.

I've already been to the tourist office once and I did get an english language tourist map. But since I'd never heard of that particular place we're talking about here, it never occurred to me to ask about it. But I'll drop in next time I'm by there and ask about it. Too bad they're not on this forum or they might have told me.

Best regards,
Art
