Emart had em' last Saturday in Gangneung. Even Christmas styles too. I assume if you can buy it in Gangneung, then you can get the best version of it in Seoul stores.

Did you know there's a motherload bakery zone in Jongo O(5)-ga?

Walk straight out of exit 7, cross over chyeongyecheon. You'll see a gate on your left that says "Bangsan Jong Han Shi-Jeong" in korean. Walk about s little bit down until you start to see baking supply stores on your left (there's a little alley with loads of them).

Here's someone with more detailed instructions: http://english.visitseoul.net/visit2007en/aboutseoul/whyseoul/whyseoul.jsp?cid=46&sid=1770

Actually the E-Mart near me had X-mas cookie cutters on sale they were trying to get rid of. Given so few people back in this country, I can see why they weren't very popular. I haven't made homemade cookies yet, I'm just not sure if it's worth the effort to buy all the baking supplies unless I'm going to make them several times.
