I start my first job (after school program in Suwon) in Korea next month and have a Q:
What/how will my teaching be evaluated? Are these students taking after school classes voluntarily or are they forced to take due to poor grades? |

| COUld be remedial kids or advanced ones. I had the former and it was a challenge to get them to do basic tasks. |
